Sreedhar Chenreddy

Sreedhar Chenreddy began their work experience in 2018 as a Store Person at Forensicare, where they worked until April 2021. In 2020, they joined ISS Facility Services Australia and New Zealand as an HSEQ Team Lead, a role they held until October 2021. Currently, they are a Graduate Project Engineer at Delta Group Pty Ltd, working on various projects including the CYP Parkville Metro Tunnel and the Kew Recreation Centre.

Sreedhar Chenreddy began their education in 2013 at Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering. Sreedhar successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 2017.

In 2018, Sreedhar enrolled at Torrens University Australia for a Master's degree in Global Project Management (Advanced). Sreedhar continued their studies at Torrens University until 2020, completing their degree.

After completing their Master's degree, Sreedhar joined Monash College in 2021 to pursue a Professional Year in Engineering. Sreedhar obtained competency in Work Readiness Skills in December 2021 and achieved Competency in Effective Communication Skills in July 2021, both from Monash College.

Apart from their formal education, Sreedhar has obtained several additional certifications. Sreedhar became a Certified Professional Civil Engineer from Engineers Australia in November 2021 and acquired the GradIEAust-Graduate membership in May 2021. Sreedhar also obtained the Certified Engineering Technologist (CET) certification from Engineers Australia in March 2021. Furthermore, Sreedhar acquired a Reliability Award with Special Acknowledgement from Monash College in January 2021.

Throughout 2021, Sreedhar obtained several additional certifications to enhance their skills. Sreedhar completed the Construction Induction - White Card from WorkSafe Victoria in October 2021. In September 2021, they undertook training in Excel Essential, Managing Stress and Building Resilience While Job Hunting, On the Job Site: Construction, and Turning Weaknesses into Strengths, all from LinkedIn. Additionally, they completed the AutoCAD 2021 Essential Training and Drafting Foundations courses from LinkedIn in August 2021.
