Aditya Hegday

Aditya Hegday has a diverse work experience in various roles related to investment banking, venture capital, and consulting. Aditya started their career as a Fellow at Alect Political in 2021 and later joined Valley Consulting Group as a Senior Account Manager in 2020. Aditya then worked at Boba Chats as Chief of Staff, where they managed a team and played a crucial role in the startup's growth and transition. Aditya also worked as a Venture Capital Intern at Classic Ventures, conducting due diligence on startups and advising on investments. Aditya gained experience in VC investing as a Venture Scout at Anthos Capital in 2022. In 2023, they joined Techstars as an Investment Analyst intern, analyzing market trends and collaborating with founders and mentors. Aditya also participated in the Blitzscaling Ventures Fellows program, where they gained hands-on experience in VC investing and evaluated investment prospects. Aditya's most recent role was Director of Accounting at Delta Sigma Pi - Iota Pi Chapter, where they showcased their financial expertise. Currently, they are serving as an Investment Banking Spring Analyst at Ascend Medical Staffing LLC, where they apply their skills in investment banking.

Aditya Hegday earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management from San Diego State University from 2022 to 2026. Prior to that, they obtained a High School Diploma from Canyon Crest Academy, where they focused on subjects such as Biotechnology, Chemistry, Robotics, Engineering, and Debate from 2018 to 2022.
