Michelle Zhang

Michelle Zhang currently serves as a Strategy and Operations Analyst at Wayfair since September 2023. Michelle is also an active Brother in Delta Sigma Pi - Pi Rho Chapter since October 2020. Michelle gained previous experience as a Teaching Assistant at the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst from September 2021 to June 2023, and as an Analyst and Junior Analyst with the Isenberg Undergraduate Consulting Group from December 2020 to June 2023. Additionally, Michelle interned at Wayfair as an Operations and Project Management Intern in summer 2022 and at Homesite Insurance as an Account Management Intern in summer 2021. Early work experience includes roles as a Front of House Staff Member at Filho's Great Road Cucina from April 2018 to July 2020 and as an Administrative Assistant for James M. Murray, Esquire in June 2019. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Operations and Information Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, completing studies from 2019 to 2023.
