Rachel Shepherd

Rachel Shepherd currently serves as an Associate at Delta-Simons Ltd since February 2022, after a nine-year tenure at RPS where Rachel held the position of Principal Consultant. Rachel's expertise encompasses project management, fee proposals, flood risk assessments, and the development of sustainable drainage strategies. Additional experience includes flood risk due diligence, flood management plans, feasibility assessments, and creating environmental statements. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Geography from the University of Southampton, obtained in 2013, and attended The Latymer School from 2003 to 2010.
