Kyle Burkett

Kyle Burkett has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Director of HR and Talent Acquisition at Delta Solutions and Strategies since December 2020. Prior to this role, Kyle held various positions in recruiting and HR, including Recruiting Lead/Human Resources Business Partner at Apogee Engineering, LLC, and Sr. Technical Recruiter/DoD Lead at Blackstone Technology Group. In addition to a strong background in recruitment, Kyle has a notable history in coaching, having been the Head Girls Basketball Coach at St. Mary's High School, where the team won 3A State Championships in 2018 and 2019. Overall, Kyle's career reflects a commitment to both human resources and athletic coaching.
