Susan Sparks

Susan Sparks is an experienced management and technical operations specialist currently employed at Delta Solutions and Strategies since September 2025. Prior to this role, Sparks served as Growth Lead at Omni Federal from June 2024 to May 2025. Notable military experience includes multiple leadership positions within the United States Space Force, where Sparks held the title of Senior Enlisted Leader for Space Launch Delta 45 and Space Delta 2, as well as an advisory role to the Chief Master Sergeant of the Space Force from July 2020 to June 2024. Additional positions within the USAF reflect expertise in operations management, including Superintendent roles across various squadrons and a focus on missile defense operations within joint commands. Sparks holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Colorado Christian University and a Master of Science in Space Systems from the University of North Dakota, along with two associate degrees from the Community College of the Air Force.
