Henry Palmer

Henry Palmer has extensive work experience in the maritime and petroleum industries. Henry currently holds the position of President at Inlet Energy, Delta Western Petroleum, and Alaska Petroleum, all since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Foss Maritime Company, where they held various roles such as General Manager, California and General Manager, San Francisco Bay. Henry also served as a Port Captain at Foss Maritime Company. Before that, Henry Palmer worked as a Superintendent at Ports America and as a Third Mate at OSG Ship Management.

Henry Palmer obtained their Executive MBA from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business between 2020 and 2022. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Marine Transportation from California State University Maritime Academy, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. Henry also completed their high school education at Port Angeles High School, where they received their Diploma from 2000 to 2004.
