Felix Dols is a Project Researcher at Deltares since April 2023, specializing in data science and water quality within the Marine & Coastal Systems unit. Previously, Felix held various roles, including Design and Construction Coordinator at Aiber, where complex multi-stakeholder projects were managed, and Project Manager for the Bouwimpuls initiative, focusing on reinforcing 1,000 privately owned dwellings in Groningen for earthquake safety. At van Vulpen, Felix coordinated civil preparations for onshore connections of offshore wind parks, while at VolkerWessels, Felix oversaw construction projects ensuring adherence to strict acoustic requirements. Felix also contributed as a Guest Researcher at Deltares and completed a Master's thesis on the impact of climate change and desalination on salinity in the Arabian Gulf. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in River- and Coastal Engineering from the University of Twente, a guest research stint at The University of Tokyo, and a Bachelor's degree in Structural Design from Eindhoven University of Technology.
