Gerrit Hendriksen

Gerrit Hendriksen is a seasoned Senior Specialist Spatial Data at Deltares since December 2006, with extensive experience in establishing water information systems for data-intensive projects across multiple countries. Expertise includes developing geo web interfaces, architecting web GIS applications, and conducting spatial data analysis. Previous roles include Researcher GIS and Hydrology at Alterra, where Gerrit developed AlterrAqua and designed databases, as well as Researcher GIS at Ingenieursbureau BCC and Geodan Geodesie. Gerrit holds a Master's degree in Physical Geography from the University of Amsterdam and a Master's in Environmental Chemistry from Rijkshogeschool IJsselland.
