Joris van Ruijven

Joris Van Ruijven started their work experience in 2001 as a Consultant at Grontmij Verkeer en Infrastructuur. Joris then worked as an Adviser at Grontmij in the same year. In 2002, they joined Deltares as a Product Manager and later became the Head of Department Resilient Networks. In this role, they were responsible for business development, operations, and HR development.

Joris Van Ruijven received their Msc. degree in Civil Engineering from Delft University of Technology, where they studied from 1994 to 2001. After a gap in their education, they pursued another Msc. degree in Public Administration at Erasmus University Rotterdam, which they completed from 2006 to 2008. Prior to their university studies, Joris attended St. Stanislascollege, although specific details regarding the degree or field of study are not available.
