Deltares
Sien Kok is a researcher with extensive experience in resource economics and freshwater restoration. Currently, Sien serves as a PhD Researcher at Deltares since October 2015 and at Wageningen University & Research since November 2021, focusing on the economics and financing aspects of the H2020 MERLIN project. Previous experience includes an internship at Deltares in Urban Soil and Groundwater, an Afstudeerstage position at Infram researching ecosystem service quantification methods, and a role as Senior Customer Services at Oskomera Home Solar. Sien holds a Master of Science in Earth Sciences and Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Earth and Economics, both from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
