Laurentiu-Norel Dobre

Laurentiu-Norel Dobre has extensive experience in quality management and business development, currently serving as Head of Global Quality at Deltatel since 2008, where notable achievements include innovative business models, leadership recognition, and designing a top-tier preventive health and safety system at the European level. Prior to Deltatel, Laurentiu-Norel held various roles at Alcatel-Lucent from 1997 to 2008, including Business Development Manager for South East Europe South and Quality Manager for the Industrial Department, focusing on customer follow-up and process improvement. Laurentiu-Norel holds a degree in Electronics Engineering with a specialization in Telecommunications from Timisoara University and has achieved high-level expertise in Corporate Social Responsibility, Health & Safety, and Quality Engineering.
