Jamie vander Kooi

Jamie Vander Kooi is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Network Administrator at MAXIMUS Canada since August 2019, Jamie previously held the role of Manager of Technology & Information Systems at Coach Atlantic Group from January 2017 to August 2019, where responsibilities included improving processes and mentoring staff. Prior to this, Jamie was the Executive Director for the Customer Experience Program at the Tourism Industry Association of PEI, overseeing tourism programs for various governmental bodies. Additional roles include IT Consultant for Prince Edward Tours, Website Admin and Online Marketing Agent at The Travel Store, and Network Technician at Tech-Rep Ltd, providing extensive IT support across the Maritime provinces. Jamie holds certifications in Computer User Support and Autobody/Collision Repair from Nova Scotia Community College, and possesses extensive experience in both technology and customer service.
