Hillary Brown

Hillary Brown, LICSW, currently serves as a Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor at Looking Glass Counseling LLC, where responsibilities include maintaining a therapy caseload, supervising graduate interns and clinicians, conducting documentation audits, and designing in-service trainings. Previously, Hillary provided clinical services at MelroseWakefield Healthcare and served as a Clinical Care Specialist for veterans at the New England Center and Home for Veterans. Additional experience includes roles at the Boston Area Rape Crisis Center and various social work internships that emphasized mental health, trauma-informed care, and community outreach. Hillary holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical/Medical Social Work from Boston College and a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Arts Therapy from The Sage Colleges.
