Manager, Customer Success at Deltek

Katie Aceto has extensive experience in customer success and event management, currently serving as a Manager of Customer Success at Deltek since November 2011. In this role, Katie leads a team of seven Customer Success Managers focused on Large Market companies, while previously overseeing mid-market teams and supporting government contractors with GovWin IQ. Responsibilities have included customized client training, research and technical support, account growth, and event representation. Prior experience includes managerial positions at the National Concrete Masonry Association and American Council for Technology, among others, as well as a background in administrative support. Katie holds a B.A. in Communication with a concentration in Public Relations from George Mason University.
