Leigh-Ann Lichtenberger

Leigh-Ann Lichtenberger has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Leigh-Ann began their career in 1992 as an Accountant at SPECTRA Research Institute, where they worked until 1997. Leigh-Ann then joined Modular Integrated Technologies in 1998, serving as the Director of Finance & Administration until 2003. In 2004, they joined Deltek and held various roles, including Senior Costpoint GovCon Consultant, Senior Pre-Sales Engineer, and Solution Business Development Executive. From 2010 to 2011, Leigh-Ann worked as a Senior Director Enterprise/Solution Architect, providing strategic analysis and design to business problems. Leigh-Ann then became the Senior Director of Sales & Solution Engineering, leading a team of solution experts and leveraging their deep Deltek knowledge to connect with prospects and customers. Their most recent roles at Deltek include Senior Director of Global Alliances - GSI and Senior Director of GovCon Channel & SI Alliances. Throughout their career, Leigh-Ann has demonstrated expertise in sales, solution engineering, product design, and business operations.

Leigh-Ann Lichtenberger earned a BBA in Accounting from UNM Anderson School of Management, completing their studies from 1996 to 1998. Leigh-Ann later pursued an MBA in Marketing from UNLV Lee Business School, graduating in 2001. Additionally, Leigh-Ann has obtained several certifications, including topics such as communicating about culturally sensitive issues, confronting bias, cultivating cultural competence and inclusion, developing cross-cultural intelligence, unconscious bias, diversity, inclusion, belonging, achieving business goals through diversity, building accountability into culture, critical thinking, and leading with emotional intelligence.
