Leo Kevin Mendiola

Leo Kevin Mendiola has a diverse range of work experience in project management roles. Leo Kevin started their career as a Business Process Officer at Victoria Court Malate Group, where they analyzed and documented requirements for system implementation. From 2015 to 2016, they served as a Project Manager at Maxicare Healthcare Corporation, responsible for planning, defining project scope, and developing project plans. Leo then joined Deltek as a Junior Project Manager from 2016 to 2019, followed by a promotion to Senior Project Manager until November 2021. In these roles, they demonstrated expertise in project planning and management, risk mitigation, team accountability, and communication.
