Elena Searcy

Elena Searcy is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in product design and creative direction. Currently serving as the Director of Product Design at Fanatics since February 2025, Elena previously held the same position at PlayVS from June 2021 to January 2025, leading a team focused on creating user interfaces for esports competitions. Prior to that, Elena was a Senior Design Manager for Design Systems at Twitch and played a pivotal role at The Walt Disney Studios as Lead Product Designer, leading the redesign of the Disney streaming app, Movies Anywhere. Earlier experiences include positions as a Senior Art Director at The Designory and Art Director roles at Sears Holdings Corporation, FCB Global, and M37 Chicago, where Elena was involved in various aspects of branding, e-commerce, and promotional marketing. Elena holds a Master's Degree in Graphic Design from Florence Design Academy and a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Kyiv State Linguistic University.
