Rebecca Crahen

Rebecca Crahen has a diverse work experience. Rebecca began their career at Buffalo Wire Works as an Inside Sales Specialist in 2003. In 2004, they joined Deltek as a Principal Analyst, Operations where they designed and implemented a new resource management process. Rebecca later transitioned to the role of IT Director, Salesforce at Deltek in 2012, where they were responsible for Salesforce system configuration, support, and upgrade activities.

Rebecca Crahen obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Human Resources from the University at Buffalo between 1999 and 2002. Additionally, they have received various certifications from Salesforce, including Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder in 2020, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator in 2015, and Salesforce Certified Administrator in 2013. Rebecca has also obtained several badges and certifications through Salesforce Trailhead in areas such as App Customization, Artificial Intelligence, Change Management, Data Management, and Lightning Experience.
