Adrian Widjaja

Adrian Widjaja is a Project Lead at Delterra, an environmental nonprofit, since March 2022, where the focus is on addressing complex environmental challenges. Previously, Adrian held roles in business development and innovation at Expertwired, contributing to customer retention and improvement of conversion rates through analytical strategies. At PT. Argha Karya Prima Industry Tbk, as Assistant Manager of Process Engineering, Adrian led product development and implemented cost-reduction strategies, enhancing efficiency. Other experience includes positions at 3M, Carestream, Ecolab, University of Minnesota, and Pohang University of Science and Technology, where Adrian focused on research, development, and quality testing in various technical capacities. Adrian holds an MBA from the University of Amsterdam and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
