Ella Flaye

Ella Flaye has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Ella recently joined Delterra as the Director of People, where they drive the talent strategy at this global environmental non-profit. Prior to that, they held the position of Regional Director - Asia at Delterra, formerly McKinsey.org. In this role, they worked towards having a lasting impact on complex social challenges by applying McKinsey's capabilities and collaborating with leaders from different sectors. Ella also worked as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company from 2016 to 2018. Ella pursued their MBA at INSEAD in 2015 and gained experience in research production and assignment editing at CBS News from 2011 to 2014. Ella began their career as a Summer Intern in the Global Banking Division at the Royal Bank of Scotland in 2010 and later worked as an Economic Researcher at Enders Analysis from 2008 to 2009.

Ella Flaye completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree at INSEAD in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained an Undergraduate Degree (B.A.) in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from the University of Oxford from 2008 to 2011. Their education journey began at the United World College of the Atlantic where they pursued their International Baccalaureate degree from 2005 to 2007. During this time, Ella studied subjects such as Maths, French, Spanish, Geography, Biology, English, and Philosophy.
