Prior roles include Associate Managing Director at K2 Intelligence, where Erin directed operations in the Construction & Real Estate practice and specialized in integrity monitoring and contractor compliance. At Neighborhood Restore HDFC, Erin developed strategic programs to transform distressed properties into affordable housing and led acquisitions of over 150 foreclosed homes during economic hardships. Educational credentials include a Master of Urban Planning from New York University and a BA in Environmental Studies from the University of Vermont.
