Ellen G. serves as the Global Chief People Officer at Deluxe, where strategic partnership with the CEO and executive team focuses on HR and talent management to align with business objectives. As a member of the private network Chief, Ellen actively contributes to empowering women leaders to elevate their influence in positions of power. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for CBS Studios and CBS Entertainment, where oversight extended to over 1,000 corporate employees and 5,000 production personnel. Ellen also held the role of CHRO at Valence Media, driving high-performance culture across various media sectors, and served as Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Fremantle, overseeing HR for North and Latin American divisions. Ellen's academic qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UCLA and an MBA in Human Resources from Loyola Marymount University.
