Sanghwa Irene Lee is an HR professional with extensive experience in people management across the APAC region. Currently serving as HR Manager at Deluxe since November 2024, Irene previously held the position of Director of People & Experience at Assembly Global from July 2021 to November 2024, where key responsibilities included collaborating with senior leadership on HR strategy and managing a regional People Experience team. Prior to Assembly Global, Irene worked at ForwardPMX as Regional People Partner and HR&Operations Advisor, focusing on HR activities for the APAC region, as well as operational support for the Seoul office. Irene's earlier roles included marketing and merchandising positions at CRES. E DIM. and Gap. Irene holds a Bachelor's degree in Spanish and International Studies from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies.
