Ezra Maddox

Ezra Maddox serves as the Director of Strategy & Corporate Development (M&A) at Deluxe, leading mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and growth investments for the $2.4 billion electronic payments and business technology company since July 2021. Prior to this role, Ezra worked at J.P. Morgan from July 2008 to July 2021, progressing through positions including Executive Director in the Technology & Disruptive Commerce Group, focusing on corporate advisory and strategic initiatives in the Investment and Commercial Banks. Ezra holds dual degrees in Interdisciplinary Science from Morehouse College and Industrial and Systems Engineering from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
