Sheila Dehdashti

Sheila Dehdashti serves as the Vice President and Head of Talent at Deluxe since October 2025 and holds a board membership at Planned PEThood of Georgia, Inc. since May 2025. Prior to these roles, Sheila was the Chief People Officer at Rent. from June 2022 to April 2025 and spent eight years at Fiserv in various HR leadership roles, including Vice President for Global Business Solutions and Global Sales Organization. Sheila also held HR positions at Jacobs, NCR Corporation, SCG, AXIS Capital, and Granite International, accumulating extensive experience in human resources, strategic HR initiatives, and organizational development. Sheila earned a Bachelor of Science in Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology between 1997 and 2000.
