Daniel Marcq Jr has extensive experience in the field of electrical engineering. Daniel is currently the Director Of Electrical Engineering at Delve since June 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Bresslergroup where they held the positions of Director Of Electrical Engineering from June 2020 to June 2022, Electrical Engineering Manager from June 2019 to June 2020, and Program Manager from January 2019 to June 2019. Before joining Bresslergroup, Daniel worked at Crane Payment Innovations as a Project Manager from October 2016 to January 2019, a Senior Software Engineer from August 2015 to October 2016, and a Project Software Engineer from June 2011 to August 2015. Daniel started their career at Lutron Electronics as a Project Electrical Engineer from June 2008 to January 2011 and as a Design and Development Engineer from January 2011 to June 2011.

Daniel Marcq Jr has a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management from Drexel University. Daniel also holds a Certificate in Systems Engineering Fundamentals and a Certificate in Systems Engineering Analysis from the same university. Prior to their master's degree, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have certifications as a Chapter Leader (obtained in December 2022) and as a Project Management Professional (obtained in September 2018) from the Project Management Institute.
