Dave Franchino

CTO at Delve

Dave Franchino has had a diverse range of work experiences throughout their career. Dave started their career at General Motors as a Manufacturing Engineer from 1985 to 1992. Dave then interned at IDEO in 1993, followed by a managerial role at Saturn Corp in General Motors from 1993 to 1996. After that, they co-founded Sologear and worked as a Principal and Co-Founder until 2011. In 1996, they became the President of Design Concepts, Inc., which later transitioned into Delve, where they served as President until 2022. Dave also co-founded MaskTite, LLC in 2020. In addition to their entrepreneurial ventures, Dave has held roles as a board member and advisor at Delve, an Honorary Associate/Fellow at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a member of the Board of Trustees at the Madison Museum of Contemporary Art.

Dave Franchino received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1985. Dave later pursued a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Manufacturing Systems Engineering at Stanford University, completing their degree in 1993.
