Vishal Agrawal

Vishal Agrawal has been the CEO at DelveInsight since April 2015. Prior to that, they were the Practice Head at DMV Business and Market Research Pvt. Ltd. from March 2013 to October 2013. In October 2013, they joined E.Z.BioXcel as the Associate Director and held that position until April 2015.

At E.Z.BioXcel, Vishal was responsible for setting new processes for developing new products with high quality. Vishal also developed and maintained relationships with clients, and was involved in strategy initiatives including business development, talent acquisition, and knowledge management. In addition, they created internal and external performance management dashboards, enabling business intelligence reporting including benchmarking, performance measurement, and target setting.

Before joining E.Z.BioXcel, Vishal was the Practice Head at DMV Business and Market Research Pvt. Ltd., where they were responsible for maintaining healthy & cordial relationships with the clients for expanding business & resolving the queries & complaints for high customer satisfaction. Vishal also monitored all the processes to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency.

Vishal Agrawal has a Postgraduate Diploma in Hospital and Healthcare Management from IIHMR, Jaipur, and a MBBS from MBBS. Vishal has also cleared their 10+2 in Biology, English and Physics from CSKM Public School.
