Joshua Riley

Joshua Riley is an experienced professional in the engineering and marketing fields, currently serving as the Senior Product and Marketing Manager at DEMA Engineering Company since May 2011. In this role, Joshua collaborates with customers to address their needs while researching and developing new product plans. Previously, Joshua held the position of Engineering Manager, leading a team focused on Sustaining Engineering and managing project workloads. Prior to joining DEMA, Joshua worked as a Design Engineer at Good Earth Tools, Inc. and as a Design Drafter at The Unico System. Joshua's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from Lindenwood University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial Technology from Southeast Missouri State University, complemented by an Associate of Science in Mechanical Drafting from Jefferson College.
