Jenna Richard

Jenna Richard has extensive experience in customer experience and operations enablement. Jenna worked at DemandScience from 2018 until the present, starting as a Customer Experience Manager and progressing to roles such as Senior Strategic Customer Experience Manager and Director of Customer Experience Enablement. At DemandScience, they introduced and developed the role of CX Enablement Manager, mentoring and training a global team of CX managers and implementing processes across sales, CX, and operations teams.

Prior to their time at DemandScience, Jenna worked at Red Thread as an Account Manager, where they maintained relationships with Fortune 500 clients and assisted them in furniture development and order processes. Jenna also worked as a Senior Sales Coordinator at Red Thread before joining DemandScience.

Before that, Jenna worked at Faux Designs as a Typesetter/Graphics Assistant/Sales Lead Manager, where they led the Custom Print Department and exhibited at trade shows. Jenna also worked at Soiree, Andover as an Invitation Consultant/Marketing Coordinator, providing customer service at a high-end bridal invitation and stationery boutique and managing the wedding process for clients.

Jenna's early career includes roles such as Assistant City Manager/Location Manager/Facebook Manager at Photogenic, Inc, Lead Venue Manager at Boston Harbor Cruises, and Junior Business Consultant at Small Business Development Center of Rhode Island.

Jenna began their career as an Office Assistant at the Office of the Registrar, Salve Regina University, and also served as the Business Manager and Choreographer for the SRU Dance Club at Salve Regina University.
