Sarah Migault

Sarah Migault currently holds the position of Directrice générale laboratoire Tech'Sens at Amariot since May 2022, focusing on the sociological impacts of technology on territories. Additionally, Sarah serves as a research engineer at Demand Side Instruments since April 2020. From March 2019 to April 2020, Sarah worked as a project manager for Chambres d'agriculture de Normandie, and previously held the role of project manager and account director at Agence Vianova. Sarah also provided expertise on the image of Cahors wines in gastronomy for the Union Interprofessionnelle des vins de Cahors and worked on a project for the Conseil National de l'Alimentation during an internship. Academically, Sarah is pursuing a Doctorat in Sociology at both Université du Québec à Montréal and Université de Caen Normandie and holds a Master's degree in Applied Social Sciences from ISTHIA, along with a Bachelor's degree in Human and Social Sciences from Université de Rouen and a background in communication from ISCOM.
