Dave Laverty

Dave Laverty is an accomplished marketing executive and board member with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the RI PBS Foundation since February 2021, Laverty also holds advisory and senior advisory positions at Demand Spring and Bridge Growth Partners, LLC. Previous notable roles include Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for IBM Analytics Division from February 2009 to July 2016, and Chief Marketing Officer at Cognos, an IBM Company, from 2002 to 2009. Additional experience includes a VP Marketing role at Surebridge and Vice President of Marketing Americas at Lotus Development Corporation. Laverty earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Bryant University.
