Andrea Swallow

Andrea Swallow, MSW, AASW, currently serves as a Partner Operations Associate at Fond since August 2022. Previously, Andrea worked as a Social Worker/Case Manager at Fuller Hospital, managing up to 11 patients in an acute care setting and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Experience includes research roles at the University of Denver's Graduate School of Social Work and the Institute for Human-Animal Connection, focusing on social work's role in environmental transitions and therapeutic interventions. Additionally, Andrea has held positions in development coordination, paralegal support, and various internships in philanthropy and HIV prevention. Andrea earned a Master of Social Work from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and English from Providence College.
