Maria Helena Ortiz Bragaglia Marques

Partner of Demarest’s Civil Litigation, Consumer Law and Arbitration areas, Maria Helena Ortiz Bragaglia Marques graduated in Law by the by the Law School of the United Metropolitan Colleges (FMU) and was admitted by the Brazilian Bar Association the following year. In Demarest, she defends national and foreign companies in judicial and / or administrative disputes against the background of civil, commercial and consumer matters.

Specifically in relation to Consumer Law, she has more than 10 years of experience, especially in administrative procedures and judicial process involving the recall issue, having participated in the main call in the country in the period, which afforded her a close contact with the main agencies and regulators entities.

She is also a member of the Demarest’s Group Wealth Management, advising clients on the preparation of wills, donation contracts, and judicial procedure for altering the property regime, among others.
