Priscila Faricelli de Mendonça

Partner of Demarest’s Tax Litigation area, Priscila Faricelli holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from PUC-SP and is specialized in the tax area, especially in judicial litigation. Priscila holds a Master’s degree in Tax Law from USP and she is the author of the book “Arbitration and Tax Transactions”, as well as several academic studies published in books and legal collections, both Brazilian and international. She has lectured frequently on the most important topics of Tax Law, having been invited to events organized by private entities, as well as by the public and judicial administrations. Faricelli is sought out by the main press vehicles in Brazil for her opinion on tax and procedural issues, most recently focusing on matters related to negotiations between the tax authorities and the taxpayers. Among other accolades, she was recognized by Análise 500 in 2016 as well as by the International Tax Review in 2017 and 2018.
