Thereza Maria Sarfert Franco Montoro

Partner of Demarest’s Mergers and Acquisitions area, Thereza Montoro holds a master’s degree in Commercial Law from USP and is a specialist in corporate law. She acts for both domestic and international clients from various segments, such as automotive, cosmetics, chemicals, animal health, technology, among others. Thereza is a member of the Women Executives Committee of the Brazil-Germany Chamber of Commerce and author of articles published in the specialized media.
