Craig Nicklin

Craig Nicklin is an experienced engineering professional with a solid background in team leadership and customer services, currently serving as an Engineering Shift Manager at Dematic since January 2020. Prior to this role, Craig dedicated over 18 years to JCB, starting in March 2001, where responsibilities included procurement, installation, and maintenance management for equipment and machinery as part of a newly founded division. Craig holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Mechatronics from the University of Staffordshire, and a BTEC Higher National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Stoke-on-Trent College, along with additional educational qualifications from Newcastle-under-Lyme College, Woodland Grange, and Astutis.
