Joris van Hoye

Joris Van Hoye is a seasoned professional in solution development with extensive experience in the automation industry. Currently serving as Sr Team Manager Solution Development for Dematic since September 2015, responsibilities extend across the Benelux market while participating in both the Management Team and the Solution Development Leadership Team for EMEA. Previous roles include Team Manager and Team Leader positions within Dematic, where Joris managed staffing, strategy alignment, and team performance. Joris has also been involved in translating client logistical needs into effective automated system designs, drawing on a strong background as a Solution Development Engineer at Dematic and Egemin Automation. In addition, Joris owns VHO Consulting Comm V since February 2014. Joris holds a Master of Science in Industrial Sciences with a major in Automation from the University of Antwerp, attained from 2006 to 2010.
