Katherine Baeckeroot

Katherine Baeckeroot is a Principal Technical Writer and Technical Documentation and Training Lead at Dematic since August 2018, where responsibilities include leading technical training and documentation for order fulfillment solutions and creating online help content for warehouse control systems. With a strong background in technical writing, Katherine held various leadership roles in the STC Michigan Great Lakes Chapter, including President and Social Media Manager. Previous experience includes technical writing roles at A&D Technology, Quicken Loans, and as a web designer for Arboriculture Consulting and Educational Services, with a focus on developing comprehensive documentation and training materials. Katherine holds a Master of Science in Technical Communication from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Scientific and Technical Communication from Michigan Technological University.
