Marco Burello

Marco Burello is an experienced professional in customer service and intralogistics, currently serving as the Global Customer Service Manager for Ferag AG since January 2024. In addition, Marco Burello has been involved in a new challenge orientation initiative since January 2023. With a long tenure at Dematic that began in 2006, Marco Burello has held several key roles, including Sr. Director for Customer Service in South Europe and Strategic Accounts Europe, as well as Director of Customer Service for South Europe. Prior experience includes a position as Customer Service Manager for Spain at Siemens S.A. in the Division of Logistic & Assembly Systems, from 2001 to 2005.
