Stephanie Scheifele

Stephanie Scheifele is a seasoned leader in technical communication with extensive experience in product documentation and training. Since June 2018, Stephanie has served as the Sr. Director of Global Product Information at Dematic, overseeing a team responsible for creating comprehensive documentation and training for logistics management solutions. Previously, from July 2008 to June 2015, Stephanie held the position of Director of Product Information Development at BlackBerry, where a team was led to produce high-quality product documentation and training resources. Prior experience includes working as a Technical Writer at McAfee from December 2005 to July 2008 and as a Documentation Manager at Open Text Corporation from September 2000 to December 2005. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Rhetoric and Professional Writing from the University of Waterloo.
