Thuy Nguyen

Thuy Nguyen is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as Global HRBP Director at Dematic since September 2021, leading strategic partnerships for executive leaders in initiatives such as the Global Business Transformation Program (SAP S4HANA) and other key organizational sectors. Prior to this role, Thuy held positions as Global Sr. HR Business Partner Leader, offering strategic support to various global organizations, as well as serving as a Senior HR Planning and Performance Consultant and HR Business Partner at Siemens from June 2017 to September 2021. Previous experience includes consulting roles at Human Resource Dimensions and as HR Site Lead at Avalon Hotel Group. Thuy Nguyen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Southeastern Louisiana University and a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Capella University.
