Sapir Beglaubter

Sapir Beglaubter serves as the Global Director HRBP at Mimecast since January 2020, providing support to leaders and global teams across multiple countries while driving key initiatives in AI for HR, performance enhancement, DEI, and talent development. Previously, Sapir held the position of HR Manager at Segasec before its acquisition by Mimecast and at Axonius, where responsibilities included HR strategy alignment and employee lifecycle management. Earlier experience includes HR management roles at Gauzy LTD and IBM Trusteer, as well as conducting psychological assessments at The Rom Institute. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Tel Aviv University, a Master's degree in Organizational Development and Management from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, and a certificate in Graphic Design from Shenkar. Currently, Sapir is pursuing coaching training at The Coaching Training Institute.
