Wendy Webb Wilker

Wendy Webb Wilker, MBA, MBB, PMP, serves as the Director of Operations, Product Management and Director of Continuous Improvement and Enablement at Dematic since April 2021. Previously, Wendy held senior leadership positions at ServiceMaster as Senior Director of Service Excellence Customer Support, leading teams in Lean Six Sigma initiatives that saved $30M, and at Humana as Director of the Process Transformation Office, where significant quality assurance improvements were achieved. Wendy's experience also includes a Senior Program Manager role at Amazon, where productivity enhancements resulted in over $76M in savings, and extensive managerial roles at Honeywell and SABIC, focusing on operational efficiency and safety. Wendy's career began at General Electric, where various leadership positions included Six Sigma Master Black Belt responsibilities, driving major operational improvements across multiple manufacturing sites. Wendy holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from West Virginia University and an MBA from the University of Florida.
