Nakita Robertson-Ricard

Nakita Robertson-Ricard, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Member Services at DEMCO, a role held since July 2013. Prior positions at DEMCO include Manager of Member Service Operations, Supervisor of Billing Services, Quality Assurance Coordinator, Member Relations Representative, and Consumer Accounting Representative. Previous experience at Neighbors Federal Credit Union as a Senior Teller spanned from May 2009 to January 2013. Nakita holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management and Services from LSU Shreveport, obtained between 2015 and 2017, and a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Southern University and Agricultural and Mechanical College at Baton Rouge, earned from 2001 to 2011.
