Diederik Laroy

Diederik Laroy has been with DEME Group since June 1999, progressing through various roles to currently serve as Desk Manager for DEME Infra since 2017. In this position, Diederik provides overall management support for marine infrastructure activities, engaging in areas such as procedures, HR, equipment investments, and sustainability, while also handling international tender screening and PQ-file preparation. Previously, Diederik managed the India Middle-East department from 2011 to 2016, overseeing limestone quarry operations and the divestment of unused assets. Prior roles included Chief Surveyor and Site Surveyor, with foundational experience as a Junior Surveyor. Diederik holds a degree in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Surveying from Kaho Sint-Lieven, Ghent, completed in 1998.
