Henk van Mol

Henk van Mol is an experienced project manager currently leading the project management of a new Rock Placement Vessel at DEME Group since September 2021. With a robust career at the same organization dating back to August 2001, Henk has overseen significant projects including the world's first swath Service Operations Vessel and various dredging vessels. Henk's expertise encompasses all phases of project management and engineering, including basic and detailed engineering, selection and contracting of equipment, and construction oversight. In addition to a strong professional background, Henk holds an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from Antwerp Management School, completed in July 2023, and a degree from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences.
