Karolien Adriaenssens

Karolien Adriaenssens has over a decade of experience in human resources, currently serving as the Manager of HR Information Systems at DEME Group since February 2012. In this role, Karolien focuses on innovative HR projects aimed at optimizing global HR business processes, utilizing systems and tools such as AX Dynamics, Cornerstone, SharePoint, Power BI, Workday, and Service Now. Prior to DEME Group, Karolien worked as a recruiter at Gemeentelijk Havenbedrijf Antwerpen and as an HR assistant in recruitment and selection at Manpower. Karolien holds a Master's degree in Psychology from Ghent University, obtained in 2007.
