Wim de Busser

Wim De Busser has extensive experience in international human resources and project management within the DEME Group since 1994, with roles ranging from Crewing Manager to International HR Manager, overseeing various aspects of staffing and HR operations. De Busser has a strong technical background in dredging works, maintenance of floating equipment, and project engineering. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Industrial Engineering from BME Gent, a diploma in Occupational Safety and Health from AM Safety Specialists Ltd, and advanced training in dredging operations from VBKO. Additional studies include management training at Vlerick Business School.
